What is Zeno?

How does Zeno work?

How many treatments can be done on the same spot?

One 2.5 minute treatment with a minimum of four period between treatments. It is suggested to treat the spot again within 4 to 12 hours after the initial treatment. Two to three treatments spread over 24 hours to clear up most spots quickly.

 

 

Can Zeno be used over make-up?

Zeno is best used on a clean, dry-face but can still be used on-top of make-up.

 

 

What is in the Zeno device package?

Is Zeno portable?

Yes, once your Zeno has been charged with the wall charger (included), you can take it with you for portable use anywhere, anytime. It is recommended to keep your Zeno fully charged for regular use (partial charging will NOT damage the batteries). A blue indicator light will glow blue when the battery is fully charged. It flashes when a battery charge is low. Zeno will not begin a treatment cycle if the battery is too low.

Why does the Zeno tip cartridge have to be replaced?

After multiple cycles of heating and cooling, the treatment tip cartridge can degrade and become unable to reach sufficient temperature, reducing the efficiency of Zeno’s therapy. Zeno’s Treatment Tips are therefore limited in the number of cycles they perform.The tip can be easily replaced with a replacement tip, available where you purchased your Zeno unit.
